Construction works for the extension of the South East Europe University Campus

The project includes the extension of the building premises of the South East Europe University Campus in Tetovo, FYRoM. The new building premises have a total surface of 3700m2 and include two adjacent units. Building A consists of three floors, with an area of 2700m2, housing classrooms, offices, the Dean’s office, administration offices, a library and laboratories. Building B, with three floors and a total area of 1000m2, accommodates the main reception hall, amphitheater for 300 persons, coffee room, offices and other auxiliary spaces.

The bearing structure was made of reinforced concrete with shallow foundation and the wooden roof was coated with insulated, metal sheet panels. The works included the building’s electromechanical installations (water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation, high and low voltage electricity networks, CCTV, lightning protection etc.).
