DOMOTECHNIKI S.A. implements the development of four high-rise buildings in a residential unit in eastern Sarajevo. The total area of the plot is 3435m² on which two of the buildings have already been constructed. Each building consists of a basement, ground floor and four upper floors.

Each basement houses 5 parking spaces, storage rooms for each apartment and commercial space and the necessary electromechanical installations. The upper floors house 4 to 5 apartments each with surfaces from 30m² to 60m². The ground floor apart from apartments also has 2 or 3 commercial-business premises, with a surface of around 20m² each. The landscaping of the surrounding area includes outdoor parking spaces, green areas and pedestrian paths.
