Design and construction of the new confectionary factory in Panteleimonas, Gallikos municipality, Kilkis

DOMOTECHNIKI S.A. undertook the design and construction of the new factory of JANNIS ABEE in the Municipality of Gallikos, county of Kilkis. The factory consists of an office building made of reinforced concrete, with a surface of 1000m² and an industrial production area of 8500m². The bearing structure of the production building consists of steel beams with a 25m span, mounted on reinforced concrete columns with head-beams.

Apart from the usual installations (water supply, sewage, air-conditioning, telephone systems etc.), electromechanical works included the supply of medium voltage power and generator, the firefighting, the compressed air and the steam and natural gas network as well as a stainless steel network for glucose transportation.

The surrounding area of 20000m² was covered with asphalt in two layers.
