Construction of a central storehouse complex in the region of Thiva, Viotia and in the region of Megalohori, Trikala

The project concerned the construction of commercial warehouses for foods and drinks with refrigerators, offices, electromechanical centers and landscaping on a plot of 10.5ha in the region of Thiva, and on a plot of 9ha in the area of Megalohori in Trikala.

The storage spaces are larger than 30,000m² each, with refrigerators of 6,000m² each. The foundations were made of reinforced concrete and the bearing structures of steel elements with side cladding of polyurethane panels. The steel structure of the storehouses was constructed on a grid of 30 X 15m with total weight of 2,000tn each. The office buildings, total surface of 1,500m², and the electromechanical building, total surface of 400m², have typical bearing structures of reinforced concrete.
