Construction of a bakery-confectionary plant, administration building and bakery-pastry stores

The project included the construction of an industrial building with two production units and administration offices. The building’s roof was constructed with a steel bearing structure of 35m truss span and covers a total building area of 8000m². All electromechanical installations ensured autonomous function of the individual departments. All special constructions and installations fulfill the sanitary requirements and specifications for food production units (HACCP certification).

Domotechiki S.A. realized the full reconstruction-renovation of 6 stores along with their laboratories-production units and their surrounding area throughout Greece (pastry stores at El. Venizelos airport, Macedonia airport, Halandri Attica, Thessaloniki and Thermi).
