Administration of the Group and Premises

The headquarters and technical administration of the Group of DOMOTECHNIKI S.A. are sheltered in the owned nine-floored offices building at 24 Dodekanissou street in the city centre of Thessaloniki. The company has also branch offices in Volos, Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Prishtina (Kosovo).

The central work site of the company is located at a private owned land plot of 45000m² at Langadas Thessaloniki, on the premises of which a factory for the production of steel structures is operating, with sheltered area of 4100m² and offices area of 500m². Currently the implementation of an investment plan is underway for the extension of the above steel factory premises at the amount of €2.000.000 to be completed by the end of 2014.

In Thermi Thessaloniki, on a plot of 3000m², is the company’s site for the Public Power Corporation’s (PPC’s)  projects located, including plant, machinery, vehicles and equipment.
