Construction of commercial stores in Nigrita Serres

Ιn 2008 this modern block of stores and other commercial areas were constructed and delivered to the client. In particular, 3 attached buildings of a total covered area of 600m² were constructed. The steel structure of the building and its roof is cladded and covered with steel-polyurethane insulating panels. The building is air-conditioned with the use of VRV system, while the flooring is covered with granite tiles. The road junction at the entrance of the plot was also arranged and an asphalted 6000m² parking lot, which serves 200 vehicles, was built in the surrounding area of the stores.

This commercial block, after the forthcoming expansion to the rest of the client’s property (5000m² with 200 more parking lots), is going to house well known retail stores, fast food restaurants as well as supermarkets.
