Project management of Building Α & B of Thessaloniki Concert Hall Organization
THESSALONIKI CONCERT HALL ORGANIZATION

The facilities of Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall are developed on a total area of 17996 m². Building A houses the large hall for the theatrical and musical performances with a capacity of 1467 seats, rehearsing and changing rooms for the performers, reception halls and sitting areas, offices , electromechanical facilities and storehouses. It covers an area of 5090 m² and it rises up nine floors with a total built surface of 26609 m².

Building B houses a large conference hall (with 516 seats) and six smaller ones (with total capacity of 595 seats), rehearsing and changing rooms, reception and sitting areas, museum of musical instruments, restaurant – coffee bar,  electromechanical facilities, storehouses and underground car parking. It is developed in five floors covering a total area of 9860 m².

The company ELIX SA, chaired by CEO DOMOTECHNIKI SA, undertook the project management for the implementation process and construction of the two buildings.
