Τhe project concerns the maintenance and proper operation of the building and electromechanical facilities located on the premises of Thessaloniki International Fair and specifically all the Pavilions, administration offices, the three gates, the OTE tower, the Convention Center I. Vellidis and its underground parking space, the Conference Center N. Germanos and the outdoor facilities. The contract, which runs from 01.10.2011 to 31.12.2019 , concerns the maintenance and regular control of the air conditioning units and boilers, the permanent and portable fire detecting and extinguishing systems, the generating sets, the escalators, the sliding and revolving doors and tourniquets. Throughout the period of contract, DOMOTECHNIKI S.A. also provides any technical assistance to exhibitors and users of the T.I.F.
