Reconstruction and upgrading of building complex “Princess Theophano” into a 5-star hotel

Theophano Imperial Palace was reconstructed and refurbished to become a 5-star luxurious hotel at the Athos Palace resort in Kallithea, Halkidiki. The works included refurbishment of 102 rooms and 3 suites, extension of the lobby through the rearrangement, reconstruction and renovation of the ground floor area which lies between the existing ground floor lobby and the three-storey building, construction of new central staircase and lifts to all floors and renovation-arrangement of the corridor towards the new lobby and office spaces.
