Construction of food supermarkets in the Greek territory

DOMOTECHNIKI S.A. undertook the construction of a large number of supermarkets for Plus Hellas LTD around Greece (Arta, Attica, Veria, Drama, Thessaloniki, Thiva, Ioannina, Karditsa, Katerini, Komotini, Larisa, Naousa, Ptolemaida, Serres, Sparta, Trikala, Florina, Chania). The first pilot-store of the company was constructed on the 1st km of the Ptolemaida – Kozani county road.

The stores have common structural and architectural features. The bearing structure is constructed of reinforced concrete and the roof consists of a steel structure. External walls are made of bricks, thermal insulation of 5cm and an outer decorative brick cladding of brown color. Internal floors are paved with tiles and internal walls are made of bricks, except of those in the sales department which are plastered and lined with ceramic enameled tiles. The roof covering is made of colored steel polyurethane panels.

The surrounding areas include more than 120 parking spaces in every store, as well as large green and tree-planted areas.
