The 4th floor of the building is available for sale. It has a net area of 63m2 and gross area of 84m2. The apartment has a hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen with all electric appliances, two bedrooms with wooden oak floors, bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and storage room.
