Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, Luxurious 5-star resort & spa at Porto Heli, Peloponnese

Originally conceived in the 1970’s, the building of the former “Yuli” hotel has been converted into a 66-suites property using Mediterranean materials fused with high-end design by Gatserelia Design in association with Arch group. It is located in a 8195m2 plot with a 8350m2 total built area.

The resort’s ideal beachfront location allows guests to enjoy the crystal clear cobalt blue waters and dramatic panoramic views from almost every corner of the property. The site is a carefully selected and truly unique piece of coastal land with limitless potential and breathtaking unobstructed views overlooking the inviting and picturesque community of Porto Heli, one of the most up market second-home residential areas in Greece. Contemporary, refined and elegant, this lifestyle urban resort is where Athenians and those “in the know” aspire to be.

The building is minimally designed, with white volumes interrupted only by glass and complimented by gracefully integrated light metal structures. The road façade of this four storey building is dressed with a white metal structure that stretches all the way to the rooftop covering part of it; with its rectangular patterns, it creates an everchanging play with light and shade that resembles boat sails.

The reconstruction works included reinforcement of the bearing structure with mantels in columns and beams, extensive application of shotcrete in almost the whole of the existing structure and special reinforcement of the building’s foundation.
