Construction of industrial building with storage and office facilities in the industrial area of Sindos

This “turn-key” project was about the construction of a building unit with a total surface of 3800m² in the industrial area of Sindos. It houses production units, storage rooms, offices, a restaurant for staff and WC. The building has a load bearing structure constructed of steel frames with wall and roof cladding with polyurethane panels. The surrounding area was created properly in order to serve circulation as well as loading and unloading of trucks. The surface of the 3000m² area was covered with asphalt.

All steel elements of the bearing structure were manufactured in DOMOTECHNIKI’s steel structures factory in Langadas.
