Construction – Renovation of Piraeus Bank Group branches (Macedonia – Thrace Bank, General Bank, Agricultural Bank of Greece)

Domotechniki S.A. undertook the construction and renovation of various branches of banks now owned by Piraeus Bank Group. More specifically, branches of the Macedonia-Thrace Bank were renovated in Glyfada and Thessaloniki, the branches of General Bank were reconstructed in Thessaloniki (Monastiriou Str.), Evosmos, Ampelokipi, Volos, Kavala, Komotini, Alexandroupolis and Larisa and the new branches of the Agricultural Bank of Greece were constructed in Orestiada and Plati Imathia.

Works were carried out in order to cover every branch’s needs, both regarding bank services and transactions and all secondary services (e.g. engine-room, files room, bank vault).

The works included restoration of damages of the concrete bearing elements with special cement and resin grouting, exterior cladding, exterior aluminum windows and glazing, walls and light partition walls, false ceilings, floor – wall coverings, interior metal – wooden doors, plastering – painting, electromechanical, lighting and hydraulic works, cabling and installation of security systems.
